We appreciate every one of you who listens to the MS Mobile Show on a regular basis. We love the interactions as well. Without you the listener, the show becomes a pair of guys rambling on.
The show is produced and accessible for you at absolutely no cost to you other than time to listen.
While we love to bring this show to you, we would love to be able to have some more fun and have the ability to be able to buy things like T-shirts, coffee mugs, devices and software to be able to do regular giveaways like other websites and podcasts.
To do this, we would ask if you could spare as little as $1 per month ($12 a year) to help us achieve this in 2016. As many listeners as we have, according to our stats, we could do some serious giveaways if every listener signed up for just $1 per month.

On episode 52, Vernon is joined by a stand-in for David. Clifton M. Thomas, from the TekBeard podcast shares his perspective on what Microsoft is doing in the mobile space. Then Vernon and Cliff talk about some hot new Windows Mobile hardware. The recent Insider builds are discussed. The two give their opinions to a listener that asks which older Windows Phone he should purchase.

For episode 50 of the MS Mobile show, hosts Vernon and David talk a bit about the finally-released Lumia 650. They venture into the what-ifs of the rumored Windows 10 Mobile devices made by HP, Dell, and Lenovo.
The two also discuss whether an 8" tablet should run Windows 10, or Windows 10 Mobile. In being the good mobile consultant that he is, David shares his experience of helping a good friend of his get her very first smartphone.

On Episode 49 we bring you more discussion about the direction of Windows Mobile, and how Microsoft plans to do "mobile" in the future. Vernon and David are joined by longtime friend of the show, Darrell Prichard, who, not surprisingly, has some amazing insight. The three also discuss some great feedback from Lloyd in the Slack channel. Vernon's new headphones are quick topic covered, and the latest prize giveaway, donated by Sam Ventimiglia, is discussed.

Episode 47 is somewhat of a recovery episode which is spent catching up. Both Vernon and David have been very busy the previous week so this episode was recorded later in the week than usual.
Vernon is also returning from his recent illness.
The guys mention Microsoft services literally just a handful of times, but occasional bits of insight are sprinkled in, nonetheless.
The two manage to discuss their preferred manner of alcohol consumption, the propensity for Vernon's wife to be profitable while operating slot machines and how Xbox Achievements were derived from a gambling psychology.
All this along with venturing into the realm of mobile gaming and what does David have to share regarding his most recent piece of tech he has acquired which has branded him a traitor by some.
Enjoy!

Is Microsoft starting to plateau after having such a strong three quarters of 2015?
With the 950 and 950 XL needing multiple bugs squashed with not only the hardware, but the software and the Surface Book and Surface Pro 4 also needing more firmware attention, it seems Microsoft has a busy 1st quarter of 2016 ahead as they fix these devices.
Vernon is out sick, but getting better each day so Kevin hops in to join David on this episode of the MS Mobile Show to discuss this and much more.

As rumors of the next version of the iPhone point to Apple removing the standard 3.5mm headphone jack, we ponder how many people like to use wireless headsets compared to the old traditional wired headphones.

Happy New Year everyone!
David returns as his long hours at work are starting to even out and the holiday period has passed. We kick the show off talking about how we celebrated the holidays then move into talking about some of the latest news to come from a somewhat slower period at Microsoft due to the holidays.
Also on tap, our personal picks of the week along with David chastising Vernon for failing to yet see the number one grossing movie in United States film history. Yes, Star Wars Episode VII: Force Awakens has passed Avatars US total, and quite quickly for that matter.

With David putting in some long hours at work Vernon is joined on Episode 43 by a pair of fans of the MS Mobile Show.
First up we are joined by longtime friend of the show Darrell Prichard (@DarrellPrichard) who brings with him years of Microsoft experience as he currently works with Office 365 Enterprise customers out of Dallas, Texas.
Up next we have Nate Wonnacott (@TwoWetSocks) from Michigan joining us to talk about some of his personal favorite Windows devices he has, and is currently using.
We would love to continue the discussion between episodes in a central location, and since there is a pretty nice Slack app available on Windows Mobile, why not use this universal platform?
